At Kidz Oasis, we stand behind our products 100%. We want to assure you that you have purchased superior quality products that are backed by an excellent guarantee.


What is your Return Policy?

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Kidz Oasis. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it or exchange it - no questions asked - within 3 days from the date of delivery for a FULL REFUND (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.


How to Return an Item?

Box up your item(s) and enclose a copy of your original purchase receipt and order number. Make a note of the reason for your return.


Ship with your choice of trackable carrier such as the Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx to the address listed below:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Kidz Oasis stands behind the quality of all the products we carry. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package for damaged, missing, or incorrect items and contact us within 3 business days to report any problems. Please provide your order number, a photo of the damage, and your original purchase receipt. Damaged items reported more than 3 business days after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.


If there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via phone before leaving feedback or filing a claim. We'll be more than happy to resolve any issues. We take pride in offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Please note that while wooden toys are far more durable than most plastic toys, they can sometimes break. While wooden toys generally last for years when treated with care, our toys are not guaranteed against damage through play and usage. The lovely thing about wood is that it can usually be repaired with carpenter's glue such as Elmer's, then enjoyed for many more years.


Who Pays Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mykidzoasis.com immediately to report the problem. Kidz Oasis will provide further instructions and cover the cost of return shipping


Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, the Client is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The product cannot have been used.


We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.


If a returned item has been opened, is no longer in intact packaging, is damaged, or is materially different from how the item was shipped to you, it may not be accepted for return, or will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.


Items not accepted for return can be picked up or will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.


CANCELLATION POLICY - CLASSES, CAMPS, WORKSHOPS, & MORE!

At Kidz Oasis, we understand that life happens, and when it does, we are here for you to help get you through.


We require {INSERT PERCENTAGE HERE} non-refundable deposits for all programs upon booking. The remaining balance will be required 21-days prior to the start of the program.


Kidz Oasis issues a FULL CREDIT for all cancellations of classes, camps, workshops and more within the 21-day period prior to the start date. Cancellations after this period will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellations less than 7-days prior to the start date will result in forfeiting any registration fee. Illness, COVID-19 related cancellations, and emergencies will be kindly addressed on a case-by-case basis.


All Drop In Childcare and Drop In Play packages are NON-REFUNDABLE.


FULL REFUNDS will ONLY be given in the event that the class, camp, or workshop is not permitted to run.
